Shipping policy

After receipt of payment, we usually ship your order within 24 hours.

Please note that our shipping partner DPD only collects parcels from Monday to Friday. Furthermore, since collections can only be booked for the following business day, orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time.

This information is provided both by the respective parcel service and via Shopify as soon as the order is marked as "fulfilled".

The flat rate shipping fee is €6.90 within Germany.

Shipping costs to Austria and Belgium: €18.00

Shipping costs to Spain: €30.00

Shipping costs to France: €24.00
