Guachinerfe - Mild Red Sauce/Mojo, 200g

Guachinerfe Mojo Rojo Suave – mild sauce from the Canary Islands

Guachinerfe's Mojo Rojo Suave is an aromatic, mildly spiced paprika sauce in the Canarian style. It combines a spicy paprika note with a pleasant, subtle heat and is ideal for tapas, potatoes, meat, fish, and vegetables.

Mojo Rojo is particularly well-known as an accompaniment to Papas Arrugadas, the traditional Canarian salted potatoes. The sauce can be served directly from the jar or used to season Mediterranean dishes.

Particularly good with:

• Papas Arrugadas and other potato dishes
• grilled meat
• fish and seafood
• vegetables and tapas
• bread and baguette
• marinades and dips

Taste: spicy, paprika-forward, and mild
